Botticelli Foods USA was born when the demand in America for Botticelli olive oil quickly outpaced their capacity. Their main operation moved to a state-of-the-art facility in Puglia—Italy’s olive oil production capital. This facility as well as their other Mediterranean, Italian and Sicilian facilities enabled Botticelli to meet the demands of its growing customer base. Premium pasta sauces, rich vinegars, semolina pasta, and specialty items were added to their portfolio of high-quality products, making them a well-respected name in the Italian food industry.
