How we got started?

Our co-founder Diane began sprouting nuts at home after learning about the process in India. She started flavoring these Uniquely Crunchy snacks with real ingredients … and the rest is history!

Through our innovative patent-pending Sprout & Dehydrate process, we hollow out the core of nuts, which results in Uniquely Crunchy nut snacks that require no oil.

Our process sheds nuts of phytic acid – a natural substance found in plant seeds that impairs absorption of nutrients by blocking human digestive enzymes such as trypsin & amylase from doing their job.

10 medjool dates, pitted

¼ cup almond butter

¼ cup + 1 tbsp cocoa powder

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract
