Dale's Original Seasoning

It's hard to believe that over 70 years ago, patrons of Dale’s Cellar who requested a bottle of Dale’s Seasoning could only be accommodated by filling a soft drink bottle with the sauce. But times have changed, and so have we. We’re pleased to share our family recipe with you.

Season

Marinate in Dale’s Seasoning 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to grilling.

Grill

Flip when the juices start to bubble on the top. Baste with Dale’s Seasoning during cooking to enhance flavor even more.

Serve

Dale’s Original Seasoning is a savory blend of exotic spices that enhance the flavor of beef, pork, lamb, poultry, fish, wild game and vegetables. Dale’s is highly concentrated and does not require long marinating. Just shake well and add to food before and during cooking.

Dale's Reduced Sodium Seasoning

Dale’s Reduced Sodium Blend is a savory blend of exotic spices that enhances the flavor of beef, pork, lamb, poultry, fish, wild game and vegetables. Because Dale’s Reduced Sodium Blend is not as highly concentrated as Original Dale’s Seasoning, we suggest a longer marinating time in preparing your meat. As always, for best results, just shake well and add to food before and during cooking.
