SUGGESTED USE & INDICATIONS

Mix 1-2 servings with 5-10oz water or milk of your choice. We especially love using coconut water or almond milk. Blend with fresh or frozen fruit, such as a banana or berries. For a cooling treat, add ice. Enjoy!

Or, make your own custom Smoothie Bowl by adding more frozen bananas and other ingredients of your choice to create a thicker consistency. Then add your favorite toppings. Yum!
