Yes. Economy shipping is free on US orders of $50 or more. Under $50, Economy starts at $4.90. See our shipping policy for all rates.

Most US orders arrive within 2 to 7 business days after they ship. International delivery times depend on the destination and service.

Yes, to 27 countries including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan and most of Europe. Rates are calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the recipient's responsibility unless collected at checkout.

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you have an account, you can also see your orders by signing in.

Contact us as soon as possible at info@brightmrt.com. We can change or cancel an order until it ships. Once it ships, you can return eligible items under our return policy.

Email us your order number within 30 days of the delivery date (include a photo if anything is damaged). We'll work with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund.

You can return unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Read the full return policy.

Only if they're unopened. For health and safety reasons, we can't take back opened food, supplements, personal care or pet food items, unless they arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
